Both weekly individual and group meditation sessions available. The meditation curriculum is designed according to one's need and experience. The curriculum follows both a developmental path, engaging body/subtle-body/mind cultivation, conjoined with methods of discovery and direct inquiry into the nature of being. These meditation views and practices are primarily rooted in Tantric, Classical, Hatha yoga and mindfulness-based traditions.
Some themes of this work include:
Exploring the depths of being, beyond discursive mind, narratives and self-images we hold.
Discovering the sacred center of one's own being and in turn meeting self and world with greater love and compassion
Engaging with yogic practices to discover the innate vitality and wisdom within
Finding greater awakening and resilience in the nervous system, subtle body, and mind
Personalized instruction that engages a systematic practice appropriate for you
Commitment to a regular, ongoing practice, centered on discovering wakefulness both on and off the cushion
What a session might look like (typically 45-minute weekly sessions):
Check-in regarding discoveries, challenges and insights from one's home practice.
View: Studying the view which informs the particular practice focus
Practice: Guided practice
Integration: Ways of engaging practice throughout the week
