Counseling sessions are centered on leaning into your felt, present-centered experience, while engaging with what arises in compassionate and transformative ways. All sessions, regardless of focus, are conducted in a non-pathologizing framework. You will develop tools to access your innate wisdom in navigating life's challenges.
